Payment, Cancellation, and Rush Policy

1. Payment Before Work
Full payment is required before design work, proofing, or production begins on every order. We do not offer deposits or partial payment to start custom work, and we do not accept cash for online orders.
If an invoice is sent, work begins after that invoice is paid in full.
2. Payment Methods
Payment methods are shown at checkout and on invoices. They may include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Affirm, Afterpay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, depending on the checkout or invoice provider at the time of payment.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are shown separately where they apply, before you complete payment.
3. Prices and Quotes
Website prices and written quotes are based on the product, quantity, size, options, and information provided at that time. If the details change, the price may change. We will confirm any price change before starting added work.
Promotional prices and deals apply only during the promotion period and only to the products and conditions stated in that promotion. An expired deal cannot be applied after its end date.
4. Cancellations
Before work begins: You may cancel by email at info@expressprints365.com before design work, proofing, or production has begun, and we will refund the payment for that order.
After work begins: Custom orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled for a refund once design work, proofing, or production has begun. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
If we must cancel an order because we cannot fulfill it, or because the content cannot lawfully be produced, we will refund the payment for the undelivered work.
5. Rush Orders and Fees
Rush service is offered only on products where it is shown, and only in the window shown. Our standard rush cutoff is 12 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday.
To meet a rush window, payment, all content, and proof approval must be complete by the cutoff. If approval or content arrives after the cutoff, the order moves to the next business day rush window, even if payment was made earlier.
Rush fees are non refundable once rush design or rush production has begun. Rush turnaround is a production estimate and shipping time is separate. See our Shipping Policy.
6. Weekends and Holidays
We are open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM Eastern, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Orders, messages, approvals, and production are handled on business days. An approval received on a weekend or holiday is treated as received on the next business day for turnaround purposes, unless we confirm otherwise in writing for your order.
7. Unpaid Invoices and Paused Projects
If a project is waiting on payment, content, or approval from you, its turnaround clock is paused. If we do not hear back, we may follow up by email. Long paused projects may be closed and may need a new order or a restart fee to resume, depending on how much time has passed and whether prices or products have changed. We will tell you before charging any restart cost.
