Custom Made-to-Order Products

Nearly everything we sell — including design services, printing, and signage — is custom made to order. Because each piece is created specifically for you, custom made-to-order work is non-refundable once design or production has begun.

Design Proofs

For orders that include a design proof, you are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully before approving it. Once you approve a proof, we will print exactly what you approved. We are not responsible for errors in spelling, content, or layout that were present in the approved proof.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times shown on our website are estimates, not guarantees. Production and shipping times may vary due to order volume, customizations, or circumstances beyond our control.
