Proofing, Artwork, and Design Policy

This policy explains how artwork, design, proofing, and revisions work. It applies together with our Terms of Use.
1. Providing Your Content
After payment, please provide all text, logos, images, and details for your project promptly. Work cannot begin until we have the content needed for your design. If you already have print ready artwork and you select that option on the product, we will use the artwork you upload and no design work will be performed for that option.
2. Artwork Files
Accepted file types are shown on each product page and generally include JPG, PNG, and PDF, with maximum file sizes shown at upload.
For best results, artwork should be high resolution, correctly sized for the product you ordered, and include bleed and safe margins where the product requires them.
Screenshots, social media images, and low resolution files may print soft, pixelated, or less sharply. We will let you know if we see a clear problem, but we cannot improve the resolution of a file beyond what was provided. If you proceed with a low resolution file after we have noted the concern, the print quality result is accepted by you.
3. Free Design, Where Offered
Where a product page states Free Design, design for that printed product is included at no added design charge. Free design uses the information, logos, and images you provide.
Free design does not include standalone logo creation, full branding packages, or website design, unless your product page or invoice states otherwise.
Where a product page states a paid design option, that design fee applies as shown.
4. Proofs
For orders that include design, we will send one proof design by email for your review. Please review every detail carefully, including spelling, grammar, names, dates, phone numbers, websites, addresses, colors, sizing, and placement.
Reply to that proof email to approve or to request changes. Approval by email is our record that production may begin.
We do not begin production until you approve, unless the product you ordered uses artwork you supplied as print ready and no proof was included for that option.
5. Revisions
Changes to text, fonts, pictures, and colors on the same design are included until approval.
The following are not included as standard revisions and may cost extra, starting with a scope change fee where we have quoted one, including the $25 scope change referenced in our existing customer guidance: changing to a whole new design, changing the product, size, or direction after design work has begun, adding items or pages not in the original order, or requesting changes after approval or after printing.
We will tell you the added cost and get your agreement before doing extra work that will be charged.
6. After Approval
Once you approve, your order goes to production right away and the production turnaround clock starts.
Changes after approval may not be possible if production has begun. If a change is still possible, it may require a reprint or a new order at added cost, and it will delay delivery.
Please ensure all content is correct before approving. We are not responsible for errors present in the approved proof.
7. Color
Colors on screens and in photos vary. Printed color may differ from what you see on a phone, tablet, or monitor, and may differ slightly between print runs, materials, and finishes. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific color matching service was purchased and confirmed in writing for your order.
8. Your Rights in Content You Send Us
You confirm you own or have permission to use every logo, image, trademark, photograph, and text you send us. Do not send content you do not have the right to print. You are responsible for claims relating to content you provided.
9. Final Files
For paid design services and branding, final files are provided as stated for that service, after full payment. For print orders that included free design for that product, the printed product is the delivery. Design working files and editable source files are not included unless the service you purchased states that they are.
Download links for final files may expire after about 7 days. Please download and keep your files in a safe place.
